Joan’s on Third is a specialty food marketplace and restaurant located in the newly opened luxurious dining destination, Via Riyadh. Joan’s on Third was founded by Joan McNamara who helped develop the food culture of LA. It has an on-site marketplace and a gift shop with a selection of gourmet food, including baked goods and pantry products. The restaurant consists of beautiful indoor seating.
Their menu offers a wide selection of delicious gourmet food such as salads, sandwiches, bakery, cakes, desserts, hot and cold beverages, ice creams and specialty coffee. Enjoy dining at their restaurant then go shopping for the amazing ingredients to take home. This elegant restaurant and marketplace is located in Via Riyadh, Riyadh.

I love, love, loved the place!
We got the two best sellers
1. The monkey bread
2. The nutella cake
They were both extremely delicious, and i’d come back for the monkey bread specifically. 👍🏼
1. Soup
While we were waiting the chef gave us a soup to taste and it was absolutely amazing! It reminded me of the soup my grandma used to make during Eid. 🥺💞 I really hope they add it to the menu because i’d come back for it 100%.
2. Margarita Pizza
It was really good 👍🏼 They even sell frozen ones for you to take home.
3. Chicken Sandwich
It was really yummy, and the bread, despite its appearance, was super fluffy!! The serving is really big, too! You can share it with whomever is with you:)
4. Grilled cheese sandwich
It was really good! A true and authentic grilled cheese sandwich.
Drinks:
1. Matcha Latte
The matcha they used was really good. 👍🏼
Although the weather is breathtaking right now, I’d recommend sitting inside as the interior is really spacious and nice. 👍🏼 It was very cozy.
All the workers were very nice and helpful, but especially the Saudi guy who was waiting our table, was very helpful, friendly, and patient. 🙏🏼
I’d 100% comeback again.

The place is amazing in terms of vibes and service. The interior is splendid offering a cozy atmosphere. We ordered Honey cake and it was just average, and as for the cinnamon roll, it was tasty and honestly one of the best I've ever tasted a long time ago. I got a hot chocolate for a drink, and unfortunately it was far from satisfactory. The flavor of real chocolate fell short of my expectations and didn't taste as good as I had hoped.

I was really excited to try out Joan’s on third, from the moment you step in the staff automatically make you feel very welcomed and well takes care of. The menu options looked amazing and at first i didn’t really know what to pick. For drinks I ordered their mixed berry ice tea that was refreshing but didn’t really taste like iced tea, for food I tried out the butter lettuce salad which was on of the freshest salads I have tasted in a long time. For sandwiches i ended u ordering their turkey club sandwich and maple chicken sandwich which were both delicious, and one of the greatest sandwiches I've ever had, in my opinion their french fries have a perfect balance between fresh, crunchy and salty, then I ordered the macaroni and cheese that was very cheesy and perfect for cheese loves, but for me it was good but a bit heavy so it should be ordered as a main course. For dessert I tried out their chocolate chip cookies which is made using dark chocolate and brown sugar, if you are a fan of dark chocolate you should give this a try promise you won’t regret it.The atmosphere of the place was great and the food there was a 10/10 and definitely recommend you try it out.

Excellent service, food and drink. We loved the donut masterclass. Exceeded our expectations. Was an amazing experience and hope to repeat it. The welcome drink was excellent, the starters amazing, the main dishes amazing too. Also many thanks to chef Julian for assisting everyone during the class. He was very supportive and friendly. All of the staff are amazing. We hope that you host other classes, and surely I have already told my friends today about the great experience at the restaurant.

I have been to this restaurant twice, and I am extremely happy with the quality of service and the welcoming atmosphere we receive from the hosts, especially the hostess Crystal from Lebanon. She is wonderful and always smiling, and the entire staff is amazing! I am addicted to the fried chicken sandwich! It is incredibly delicious. It has become my favorite place to spend time with friends, enjoying a peaceful ambiance and delicious meals.
