I’d like to thank Mr. Hossam assistant manager for his brave and warming welcoming and for his wonderful hospitality. We’ve known his for so long we have never been disappointed by him . We are so thankful for the hotel for bringing up a great customer service and assisting manager like Mr. Hossam. Looking forward for a new adventure.

The hotel has slightly smaller rooms and bathrooms compared to some others in the area but with 3 restaurants on the Lobby floor and an absolutely ideal location, The Oberoi is a premium pad for anyone wanting to visit their beloved Prophet ﷺ. The hotel has several entrances, all 2 minutes away from the closest gate to the Masjid Nabawi and it is surrounded by many shops selling clothing and souvenirs and other needs. It is about 5 mins away from the closest Bin Dawood and the popular Taiba Shopping Centre.

The service is fantastic. You feel warm and welcoming whenever you met a staff.
The food is amazing. You can expect new dishes everyday. The dessert is just amazing. The staff made the event memorable. Especially Mr. Ahmed. My wife and I truly had a great experience here.

Alhumdulilah, we had a great stay..Kumar/ Alia we were staying at room 838 , Hotel staff is very helpful and service is superb.They were very very prompt in responding insipte of hajj season, they still look in to guest's comfort.
We would like to give special thanks to Mr. Muhammad Shaban and Mr Yaseer Ibarahim, for their wonder hospitality..

I cant reach the toilet paper holder when im sitting on the loo. And the hairdryer in the rooms is 1 of the oldest artifacts of the city. Revamp taking place, but its about 30 years overdue. Service is amazing, food is better. Chefs go out of their way to prepare anything you request to eat. Was a great experience!! Once all the rooms are upgraded, i wid definitely recommend. As old as it was, extremely comfortable and spacious. Had a wonderful stay!
