I think it is one of the worst hotel I ever stayed in while visiting madinah. So DON'T even bother to stay even 1 night in this hotel. They have very few and slow lift so you always get late for namaz. Their service is extremely bad and if you can not speak arabic they will treat you like trash. A/C, Electric Kettle, Toilet Exhaust is not working and even after continuously complaining for 1 whole day they did not bother to help us in any way. VERY RUDUE staff available at the reception.

Very good location as it is a short distance and good view from Musjid Al Nabawi. The food was mid, the rooms were not very big and were quite cramped. The bathrooms were quite small as well. Room service was OK as it was decently quick sometimes althought house keeping missed our room and we had to call them.

Hotel staff behaviour & service 2/10
Very long queue at the lifts.
One of my friends was not allowed to check in despite advance payment.
I will advise you to avoid advance payment in this hotel. You better stay a few steps in a better hotel.

So I gave this establishment a 5 star overall review in March reason being everything was above board. I asked my agent to book again fr 26 Sept-30 Sept. Huge mistake.
I stayed in room 616. My parents had a worse off room 226
Room was so tiny we had to squeeze to walk pass d beds
Fridge was in accessible
There was no iron or ironing board
There was no room service menu
Rooms were never cleaned
We had to ask fr towels and toilet paper.
Phones to reception was hardly ever answered.
I will never stay here again even for free.
This hotel once an excellent one has downgraded.

One of the best hotels in medina, the rates are affordable, very near to masjid e nabawi. Service is done on time. The hotel has kfc Hardee's and McDonald's in it, Starbucks is also there, the hotel is built 1 min away from gate 329
