absolutely loved it here !! food, service, rooms…basically everything is 10/10. hotel is also a 30 second walk from masjid al-nabawi. definitely check it out when you come to madinah !!

Location is very near to Haram.but they should try to maintainable work in rooms as like taps and showers r not in working

Everything was perfect, stuff is friendly and very helpful, breakfast was great with a lot of variety!
The only cons: Masjed female entrance is a bit far, my wife had to walk a bit to reach the entrance.

Location- Fantastic, less than 5 min walk to Masjid an-Nawabi.
Room- Unclean market, old furniture broken and ruined here and there, washrooms didn’t have cold water only hot (very hot indeed), taps were leaking continuously. It is apparently 300 years old. I wish at least it was maintained as a historical hotel or something.
Service- no room service for food, reception is mostly vacant, and regular cleaning is done only when you insist.
For this price, a little more hygienic would be expected to say the least.
