Location alhamdulillah but far from Raudhah visit. Room dark, dusty, no window, poor air cond and ventilation. Carpet wet suspicious of leaking pipe underneath. Toilet big but very old, dustbin broken, hot water slow, breakfast indonesian menu, not my taste. Front receptionist some cannot speak english and some female receptionist not so friendly and welcoming

Not happy with the stay. We arrived around isya time. Room given was dark and had poor ventilation. No window to view outside. Aircond very dusty till my daughter had nose block and sinusitis. Carpet was wet in front of the toilet entrance suspicious of leaking pipe. Toilet and flooring were run down, dustbin too small and the step was broken: hand towels not given and floor towels also not provided. Breakfast together with lots of Indonesian guests and food were not up to my standard. I confronted the receptionist and was told my agent booked full board meaning same as Indonesian package.

Location is great. Food was also good.
Cleaning was not good, we used to request them to come and clean in the morning and they only used to come much later on after a few phone calls to housekeeping department.
We had to have our room changed because of no hot water and the lock on the door was broken.
Second room was abit better.

Ahmad Essa and his GM Ahmad were so helpful. I came here using a travel agent and didn't have my confirmation # available but they were still able to provide me with the BEST service ever. May Allah REWARD this hotels for its Middle Eastern / hospitality. Allah Hafiz

Recently stayed at Taiba Front Hotel in Madinah and was extremely disappointed. Paid SAR 2868.31 for a Standard room that was way too small, had a broken door lock, dirty carpet, uncomfortable beds and jammed cupboard. Tried to get a different room or upgrade, willing to pay extra, but was flatly refused by staff who were not only unhelpful but also rude.Checked out with an hour but refused a refund.
Shockingly, this wasn't an isolated case; other guests had similar complaints.
Beware before booking here!
