Room wasn't ready and check in is alway at 4pm which is not convenient is you have a baby. The air con has made me and my family ill. Room service didn't come until a few minute before Magrib. Location is only 10 minutes walk from mosque so it was convenient.

Plenty of complimentary water bottles .
Huge family rooms .
Excellent location hardly 3 min to masjid e nabawi entrance.

Good location to Nabawi.
Food is OK. Good buffet spread.
Room service was non-existence. Asked for change of towels after 2 days, no follow up. So towel wasn't change for the 4 nights there. Hope I'm not the only one having this issue.
