The best hotel I’ve been to in Riyadh, feels at home together with my family. From the time we arrived and check out all was so smooth. Staff are helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent the taste I love it especially the oatmeal porridge😍 sheryl and monir was so attentive to all your needs in the breakfast area, Katherine who is on duty at night for room service was also good. They deserve this appreciation post for the job well done. Thanks guys see you around.

My stay at Rosh Rayhaan by Rotana was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped foot into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire experience.
The hotel's ambiance is both elegant and inviting, with modern decor and thoughtful touches throughout. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and meticulously clean, offering a sanctuary of relaxation after a long day of exploration.
However, what truly set my stay apart was the impeccable service provided by the staff, particularly Mr. Munir. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring the utmost comfort of guests was evident in every interaction. From recommending local attractions to promptly addressing any inquiries or requests, Mr. Munir went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.
His professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality truly made my experience at Rosh Rayhaan by Rotana unforgettable. I cannot commend him enough for his outstanding service and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming retreat in the heart of the city.

Been here for 2 weeks now and it's been incredible. First, breakfast is amazing, Chef Asraful created a huge variety and it's all delicious! I've had it every day for 2 weeks and there's always something new for me to try. Also the waiter staff, Mounir and Mary, are incredibly kind and make you feel taken care of. The manager for the buffet, Sabine, is amazing. You're always starting your morning off right here. Next, the service!!! The staff in the hotel are very thoughtful, especially Ashok and Bashir. They're very kind and even brought flowers to my room that they changed regularly. I've never stayed at hotel for this long and they've really made me feel at home

They were very quick to tend to any concerns and questions. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming and the staff is wonderful. Thanks to Mr. Yasir and Mrs. Anfal, all my questions were answered in a very clear and prompt manner. Highly recommend and will visit again

Unbelievable hotel, makes business trips feel much more like a holiday when you can come back from a long day and relax in the pool. Breakfast was really nice while meals within the hotel were also to a high standard. Highly recommend.thanks Mr monir and mojamel !!
