Rawdat Al Safwa

Location was convenient, however, cleanliness of the rooms was abysmal, could literally tell the rooms had not been cleaned in a long LONG time, some rooms had hair accumulated on the floor, bed and furniture, some rooms had cockroaches/insects and most other rooms just had mess all over the floor and under the bed. The bathrooms were so loud constantly and didnt allow us to sleep because it actually sounded like someone assaulting the bathroom pipes, i was actually concerned that something was going to explode. We had no water for around 24 hours because of a blockage in the pipes. The air conditioner filter had so much dust inside it, I have asthma triggered by dust, so my asthma was going wild while i was there. The staff in the dining room were horrible, rude and sat on their phones constantly. The food selection was poor, and when some of my group members first went into their rooms, the beds still hadnt been made from the previous guests! Wifi didn't work here. The only plus side was that the building looked nice from the outside and the public areas like the corridors/stairway, the lifts came really quick and the hotel is close to the masjid an nabawi. Aside from that, I would NOT recommend.

No service for rooms are available no one listens at reception and even we have to drag luggage by our selves here dont waste money in this hotel. Worst experience ever

Rooms are not as good as shown on the internet. It is not a 4 star hotel instead less than 2 star hotel in service. Housekeeping doesn't provide drinking water daily when asked he says he is been instructed to provide only water once during the stay during check in time only.

Over all our experience is very good. Starting from reception, staff is very kind and helping, hotel is clean, Rooms are in very good condition and clean, bathrooms are little smaller than expectated but very well maintained and everything was functional. Raudhah is just 3 minutes walk from here. Single or with family, i m sure you will enjoy here. And yes they have parking but it is paid one. Luckily if you get parking by roadside that will be free but you have to pay money to park in their private parking but that is not too much for a safe parking.

I checked in through Booking app, but unfortunately when I reached there, they told me that no vacancy,& I have to search another hotel because check in time is 4pm. That was a very bad experience as I wasn't alone & my family was accompaning me.
