We had 1 reservation with hotel during Eid vacation. Highly disappointed. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel management is greedy and selfish. Despite the fact we told them through email (as contact isn't working) that we are on the way, they cancelled our reservation. Further, the service is poor at reception and in rooms. The guests should consider follwing points before reservation: 1. The way towards hotel is blocked due to construction activities. We have reached Madinah around 8 PM and revolving around the Prophet Mosque and hotel area for 2 hours but couldn't find the way. 2. We reached hotel at 10 PM aprox and meanwhile hotel cancelled our reservation. Hotel doesn't bother to call before cancellation. 3. We also tried to call hotel many times but the provided contact number was not working. 4. We had old parents with us and travelled 9 hours and when we reach hotel, they have cancelled our reservation. We are really disappointed with the way hotel showed greediness. 6. We have to book the hotel through a sub-agent present at hotel reception for more cost and less bedding options.

Fraudulent people. Cancelled my booking as soon as it hit 4 on the day of arrival. Gave them my card to deduct the amount beforehand too but they kept rejecting it through booking and refuse to receive Call or emails. I was stuck with my elderly parents and eventually had to book another hotel

Excellent location… very near to Haram. Well maintained by management. Stayed for 5 nights during Ramadan with group of elders and kids. Very helpful and attentive people @ reception. Car parking based on availability for 35 SAR per day.

AVOID! Rooms have bed bugs! Disgusting. Bathroom are old and broken. Rooms are small and carpet is very old. Staff at reception is extremely rude and unhelpful.
