Nice choice for booking when come to almadinah
, the reception was kindly and fast in chic-kin
especially the employee ibrahim jablawi
and the restaurant (alkima alhejazi) the selection at suhoor and breakfast was excellent and varied

Convenient location near Door 367 of Haram Nabawi. Spacious rooms, varied dinner buffet. Reception staff could be warmer. Overall, a decent choice for Madinah visitors.

This is by far the worst hotel i have ever been to. I reserved a superior triple room haram view. The room was supposed to have 3 identical beds however the 3rd bed was a mattress that you’d find on the side of the road. Tv and climate control didn’t work. Electrical outlets were dangling from out the wall. Bathroom door was broken and the main room door would only close by force. The room was extremely dirty, dusty, and full of stains but that’s not the worst part…. It had insects crawling all over room. The only person I would recommend going to this hotel would be the health inspector so they can shut them down. Beware, extreme health hazard.

Not bad but not impressive either, it's a 2 star hotel, it says right on the wall of hotel but online they say it's 4 star, they are definitely misleading people.....rooms were ok, bathrooms were outdated...Location is perfect, right at the mosque & Baqi graveyard, more than likely won't stay at same place again

An excellent place to book your trip in Almadina. An amazing view to the Prophet’s mosque and a minimal walking distance! We enjoyed the view, the experience, the abundant breakfast buffet with variety of choices, and the friendly accommodating staff to all our needs. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a close up view to the Green Dome and the feeling of closeness to the Prophet peace be upon him!
