Very good location, near the Haram. Rooms were a bit tired, but OK if you're just spending a few hours sleep there. Receptionist was very slow at getting people checked in, a bit of a queue built up (at 11.30 pm).

Opposite to Jannat Ul Baqi, clean and tidy environment. Staff is well groomed. All facilities was perfect. Very near to Masjid Un Nabwi (Peace Be Upon Him)

Staff at reception were rude. The manager never came out to understand the problems.
Rooms were not ready on time, and they weren't cleaned properly. Missing toiletries and other basic things.

Why is the hotel so disgusting? People pay good money they deserve basic hygiene,DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE PLEASE YOU WILL REGRET IT. There is hair on the bed sheets , the floor has marks and is dirty, it is very itchy.It is Not worth your money.They dont give you fresh toilet rolls they all looked used and doors have mold.If you are going to spend so much money on a hotel DO NOT LET IT BE THIS ONE.
