5 minutes walk to Haram
Overall satisfied with the hotel only faced issue at Reception. I waited quite few time just to take the room key while the receptionists (arabic personals) were chatting with each other. Upon interruption from a female member quit/paused their chatting and after that he handed over the Key to me. Really disappointed behaviour.
On the other hand Pakistan Manager (Nadeem) is most helpful person you should meet. Quite professional / humble person.

Great location but very minimum service. Toilets need renovation. Rooms for four people are a bit small. Anyway we enjoyed our stay

Decent hotel, happy with my stay. Room was a bit small but did the work. Fridge and kettle was available. They also gave free bottle water. masjid Nabi was in walking distance to the hotel. Less than 5 mins walk and you are there.
There are mini stores nearby and basic burger/shawarma place. For decent restaurants, it would be at least 10 mins walk. Hotel itself has restaurants.
Bed was comfortable. However, reception staff should improve attitude. There was no smile and no welcoming attitude. Didn’t meet normal hotel standards

Hotel opposite gate no 314 of Haram. Behind Al Salam museum. Best service. Best location. Haram view from rooms.

No water in room ussually hotel have 2 mineral water everyday,you must ask first..dont know if they give free or not,food also no variation they give saparate food for indonesia and others.and if you came at 9,food are empty for indonesia,but international guess still can have breakfast so it not conforting we indonesian ussually go to hotel with varian food as you service to others international guess ,room small no carpet,
Note : dont separate indonesian food and others,we are ussually go to hotel,we know,and trip not cheap as well,
Put at least 2 water in double room.
If this two thing fix..i give 4
