I strongly recommend everyone not to book this hotel. The bathrooms were pathetic and compact with no shower door which makes the whole floor wet and they place a wiper so that the guests can wipe it of themselves They serve everyday same meals in breakfasts. No proper service. They don't give iron for pressing clothes. Overall they doesn't maintain the hotel properly. Rooms are compact. They just want to make money. The only plus point is it's location as it is near to gate 318 but we do have so many other hotel options. The hotel is totally not worth to stay paying that amount.

The rooms we were given had NO DOOR for the shower. This means that if you took a shower, the whole bathroom floor would get very very wet because the water was splashing and going everywhere! There was literally NO DOOR. To avoid such an in incidence, inquire with them about how the room is or ask to see it before booking. Personally, the way the bathroom was set up was not okay. I suggest investing your money somewhere else where you can comfortably reside in and truly enjoy your experience.
Breakfast wasn’t bad though,

Rooms are not very spacious. Be that as it may, location of hotel is very good and you can offer almost all bajamat prayers while directly coming out from your respective room. It's hardly 200 meters away from roza Rasool and babul Aziz

Rooms are too small for the number of beds available. Furnitures are outdated. Toilets need an upgrade. The rooms really need an uplift
Breakfast was decent. Close to masjid nabawi about 2 mins walk or so.

If I could I would give this a negative rating. Not at all recommended for families with toddlers, because of visible hygiene problems. Smells terrible. Generally a very bad furniture and room size and available amenities. Washrooms are worse than probably an African one star hotel. Overall I think it's a 3 star toilet rather than a hotel. It hurts to pay so much for such low quality. At least they should have some Taqwa to keep the place clean and invested for pilgrims. Even location is not good.
