Central location.
Basement parking……3 levels….! Huge….!??
Lobby is smaller compared to the hotel size.
Fast check-in.??
Lacks a good restaurant and vegetarian options.
Rooms are good, unfortunately not soundproof….!
Large size windows. Street view is ok.
Bathrooms are small, needs renovation. BUT toiletries are aplenty??. Cosmetics??
Shower water pressure is excellent.
Smaller Napkin addition would be great.
Entrance of the rooms is bit cramped with the safebox jutting out and might hurt…..!
Hotel boasts of Plastic use reduction and it is evident…..though 2 complimentary water bottles provided in the room are of plastic…..! Hope Glass bottles to be featured in next trip.
Housekeeping Staff needs appreciation. They are very prompt.
Recommended in Riyadh Central.
Price is on higher side but ok for 1-2 days.

Amazing experience at this hotel ! everyone was helpful, especially Marissa, who served me the Arbic Coffee. I loved the Arabic coffee with dates & Turkish ☕️ in the lobby. Almost every time I visited the hotel, I ordered it. The looby classic and beautiful.The service there was excellent .I enjoyed the moment, so I will definitely be back to visit soon.

I was given a room that is partitioned with another room and a door separating us. Also the room had a view on a generator and a fence. Stayed there for 3 days and they were not willing to change my room eventhoug they promised they would do it. Never going there again. There are way better hotels in the area. Not mentioning the fact that there is construction happening next to them from 10 am to 6 pm which was shared by the receptionist during the check-in.
