Well located. The staff was extremely kind and cheerful, great service. Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel and was amazing in terms of stability and speed. The room was quite spacious and well designed, whereas the bathroom design is a bit outdated and can be improved. My only complaint is the sheets, which felt like A4 papers. Lastly, the breakfast was not exceptional, but quite enough with its available dishes.

I made a reservation a week in advance, and on the day of my stay, I was unexpectedly confronted with a 20% price increase due to undisclosed taxes. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, I encountered a lack of professionalism, as I was directed to their most unhelpful employee, who suggested canceling the reservation as a solution without offering an apology.
This experience lacked respect, transparency, and professionalism. ??

You make a reservation a week earlier. And when the day comes you’re surprised the price is increased by 20% for taxes that you weren’t informed on. And when you contact customer service the they give it to their rudest employee telling you to cancel the reservation as a solution with no apology.
No respect, no transparency, impolite and unprofessional. ????

I firstly arrived to a room that has a cracked bathroom wooden door that has no lock. A toilet rubbish bin that also can't be closed They don't have the new 2023 charging sockets and once I asked them to borrow a charger they made me feel am asking for a one million dollar. At last they got me a rusted dirty charger that doesn't work! They apologized and made me move to another room that is almost the same ! This was my worse hotel experience in my life !
And when I checked out from the hotel I asked for a hotel car . The driver lacks the etiquette of opening the door plusss the tire was exploded on the way and he made me wait until his friend came up to pick me to airport! Super unprofessional. Supposed they had to deal with a better car agency. But I guess they go along as they are equal in customer dissatisfaction .

Service is very good. Food was excellent and presented well. Even the chef and maitre ‘d was available during lunch service to assist and explain with the wonderful lunch that was prepared. Huge selection and everything was great.
Hotel is nice, clean, and in very good condition. Even has an indoor pool!
I’d definitely recommend this hotel. It’s in a perfect location and you can walk to many many places to eat and visit.
