I am a global business traveller, but this is the first time I stay with Novotel, I think I will not consider Accor again.
the location is good, well the facilities is too old for this price and also I can tell the hotel is lack of hands.
it was not a pleasant trip.

Great stay, excellent service! The staff was friendly and accommodating clean rooms and comfortable beds outstanding hospitality, highly recommended.

GOOD FOOD • GOOD LOCATION • VALUE FOR MONEY
Overall, the experience is great. The employees are active esp. Mohammad from Morocco ?? who always ask us if we need something. Thanks to Manager Hisham l who entertained us.

We had an awesome stay in thei hotel. Service in the restaurant is excellent, as well as their staff especially Ms.Maria. My only comment is that they should not close the swimming pool during fridays. People usually come to relax during weekends. Unfortunately we werent able to enjoy this amenity because this was closed. Otherwise, this is a fair hotel to stay in.

The staff makes the stay at this hotel super memorable. Food selection is great, location is very central and the rooms are clean and convenient.
Imam at the restaurant is really nice and helpful!
