Excellent hotel situated very near to the Mosque. Very courteous staff and relaxing ambience keeping in with traditional old style furniture. Breakfast buffet was thoroughly enjoyable and with good variety. Spacious dining hall giving enough space between tables and the hospitality of the staff was excellent. We enjoyed our stay completely. Rooms were very neat and clean and the housekeeping staff was very prompt in their duties.

Rooms are neat but can be more well-maintained in terms of cleanliness and style.
Breakfast is excellent! Large variety to choose from.
Location is perfect. Easy access to the ladies section of the Haram.
Mall below is very convenient.

Avoid at All Costs - Disgusting Moldy Hotel!!
Our recent stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. From the moment we walked into the room, we were greeted with a nauseating stench of mold and sewer that permeated the entire space. The restroom was covered in mold, a sight and smell that made it difficult to even step inside without feeling disgusted and unsafe.
The level of neglect and disregard for basic hygiene and cleanliness at this hotel is shocking. It's not just a matter of aesthetics; it's a health hazard. Breathing in the air felt dangerous, with the overpowering smell of mold assaulting our senses from the moment we entered.
It's appalling to think that a hotel like this is allowed to operate. If it were located in the USA, it would undoubtedly be shut down for the health and safety violations it blatantly flaunts.
I urge anyone considering staying at this hotel to think twice. It's not worth sacrificing your health and well-being for a night's accommodation. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Great hotel to stay at! Their service is excellent, rooms are clean and comfortable for families. Housekeeping by Sharif was excellent he was so kind and always working so hard to make sure our stay was perfect. My favorite part is the breakfast buffet which is absolutely outstanding! With so many delicious items to choose from, everyone in your family will be happy and full all day! Highly recommend 👍

After traveling extensively through various European, Asian, and American countries, I am particularly impressed by the high quality of service offered here. The hospitality of the staff and their warm welcome are remarkable, as is the breakfast, which rivals those I have enjoyed in Paris. I highly recommend their service.
