Location. Very near to mosque. Great room view. On top of shopping complex. Easy to shop
Room. Very comfortable n spacious even for 4 bedded room.
Zakir Bokul. Housekeeping staff is very friendly and efficient. Helps to provide all necessary items.

We were there on a short two night trip. Overall it was good experience. The breakfast options were good and fresh. Dinner buffet was good too. Rooms were clean. Shower and toiletries were well maintained and provided. There was smoking smell in non smoking floors though. But overly good experience. Location was perfect.

Unfortunately, for an expensive five star hotel, the rooms are dirty and dated. The shower in the bathroom is broken, and there’s a mould issue in the drains that’s making it smell awful. Dirty pillows and sticky cupboards. There are also bizarre stains on the lampshades. The mugs provided in the room were also not properly washed. Really disappointing. The only good thing is the location. Extortionate price for a very poor hotel

I stayed here a week with my family. The location and room view is wonderful.
The only concerns I had were:
- room had a little kitchen but stoves didn’t work. We were not told this was deliberately disabled by the hotel, until we asked.
- needed a microwave in absence of a stove which was provided
- toilets got blocked almost every day. We came to know this is the norm for all rooms in the hotel
- pillows soft, need to have selection to get hard pillows
- iron was not functioning.. burnt clothing despite low setting
- breakfast buffet was great and staff were wonderful .. needed to have skim milk selection available.

Considering the reputation and the price I paid for my stay, I had expected a higher level of service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, these issues with the air conditioning, side lamp, and TV reception left me disappointed.
In conclusion, my experience at this well-known hotel was far from what I had anticipated. The malfunctioning air conditioning system, faulty side lamp, and poor TV channel reception significantly impacted the quality of my stay. I hope that my feedback is taken seriously by the hotel management, and they work towards enhancing their services to provide a more enjoyable experience for their guests in the future.
