The worst experience in a hotel in my life. I stayed 3 nights in the hotel and faced many problems, including, there is no slipper for the bathroom, and the room was very cold and there was no hot air conditioning. When I was asked to repair the air conditioner, I was asked to turn on the air conditioner for 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was turned on for 15 minutes. 15 minutes cold and the room is also cold! The room was changed to another room, but I encountered other problems, such as some electrical outlets that did not work! Also, the phone does not work, so I had to go down to the reception, and the room was changed to a larger room after 5 hours of my stay. On the second and third day, I faced other problems, such as there was no tea spoon. When I asked for the spoon after 30 minutes, they brought it after several calls. And a problem such as the water is very cold on the third day, and when I called them, they told me that it was a general problem, and after 3 hours I called them to see if the water had been fixed or not. to go down to them. Finally, they told me that you will be compensated and we will have the manager call you. Unfortunately, no one called me ،yet
