I had a great two nights stay, I felt welcomed “as always” and the service was good.
However, the experience was blown out towards the end of the stay.
I booked an airport drop towards the end of my stay via the front desk the minute I checked in. Despite it was confirmed by the front desk as well the bell boy, when I checked-out it was not. Spent over 20 minutes, people acted strangely as no one could tell what is happening. I picked up an Uber and moved to my destination, Disappointed and Surprised as I was let down.

This hotel never fails to amaze our family as well as Nathan as our server. His service is Top Tier! This guy deserve a raise! Thank you so much for taking care of us!

We had the catering service in our company at Baker Hughes. Everything was excellent and perfect. The waiter was Shah Alam and he was very good and professional ?

I wanted to express my appreciation for the outstanding service I received at your hotel restaurant. I would like to commend Mr. Mohamed Azam for his exceptional service.
Mr. Mohamed was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They provided helpful recommendations and promptly addressed my questions. However, there were a few instances where the delivery of my order took longer than expected.
Overall, I had a delightful dining experience at your restaurant, largely thanks to Mr Mohamed. I plan to return and recommend your restaurant to others.

Great experience. The staff is so professional.
I didn't realize that I had left some money and other stuff in the safe box until I was on the airplane. I called them once I landed and they kept it aside until a friend picked it up the next day. Thank you so much?
