We had a lovely stay for 2 nights. The service was excellent, specially the breakfast buffet that included a variety of items such as made to order eggs, pancakes, waffles, Mediterranean, Arab, and continental food items.
The concierge, valet, and housekeeping was excellent as well.
Recommended.

Would like to leave a positive comment about the staff and management at the Intercontinental in Khobar. The staff is always smiling and welcoming which is contagious and helps feel like home. This is a great reflection on Management. They did amazing job responding to our requests helping make our stay successful.

I had a great two nights stay, I felt welcomed “as always” and the service was good.
However, the experience was blown out towards the end of the stay.
I booked an airport drop towards the end of my stay via the front desk the minute I checked in. Despite it was confirmed by the front desk as well the bell boy, when I checked-out it was not. Spent over 20 minutes, people acted strangely as no one could tell what is happening. I picked up an Uber and moved to my destination, Disappointed and Surprised as I was let down.

We had the catering service in our company at Baker Hughes. Everything was excellent and perfect. The waiter was Shah Alam and he was very good and professional ?
