The hotel itself it's very nice and the staff are very attentive, respectful and nice.
We got upgraded to a better suit when we explained that we were going with our kids (that was a plus) the suit was huge and we felt very comfortable in it. We found very nice staff like Sangheet who was very happy to help us all the time. Everyone was happy to talk to the kids and made them feel welcomed.
There were a few disappointments, the pool was very dirty plus as a woman you are not allowed to hang around in the pool. At least that what the rules are. Also, the dinners were not great, a bit slow to be served and no much variety. On the other hand the breakfasts were very nice, a lot of different choices and fresh stuff.
Overall our stay there was pleasant.

The staffs are friendly and provide the wonderful services. Especially at the restaurant a waiter name call Sungeeth, he is very professional with great service.

They have one of the best coffee shop in the lobby I had a great time with my family I ordered Americano and it came with complimentary water and complimentary biscuit from the Intercontinental Hotel
