Conveniently located.
Prices are very reasonable.
Service was good.
Rooms were very clean, air con was cold, hot water in the shower.
Rooms were a bit small and tight.
They have starbucks inside the hotel!
And their breakfast buffet is 10/10, will come back for sure

We have been staying for 3 nights & the following is our comment:
1- The room’s furniture is old. It needs to be matching with 5 star hotel.
2- We were trying to call the hotel at the morning and afternoon and no one picked the phone.
3- In general, the reception’s communication needs to be enhanced.

Unfortunately I had a bad stay as they disturbed my sleep with a phone call at 0200 am to ask regarding a tea cup which they couldn’t process under my room.
I was in a business trip and I couldn’t sleep well.
Extremely unprofessional behaviour toward guest comfort .

This is the best place to stay, outside view is breathtaking at night. Sound system is amazing you can enjoy the music while taking shower; which is completely different experience.

First time in Riyadh we stayed at Hyatt for 2 days and we loved it. The ground floor has exceptionally high ceilings and beautiful interior. The room are clean and comfy.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
Enjoyed the breakfast as well. I would definitely consider coming back to this hotel.
