One of the best hotel experiences I ever had.
Rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good and had lots of high quality varsities!

Second Home.
There is no other place I’d rather stay in Riyadh. It’s close to everything including shopping, the food is incredible! The staff is very friendly, and will provide you with whatever you need during your stay. Starbucks is available, and its the perfect place if you’re on business and need to meet with a lot of people. I appreciate all the friendly staff, that are so warm-hearted and welcoming. It always feels like home while I’m staying there, if you’re thinking of booking, go for it, it got my stamp of approval.

Great breakfast, good rooms, great staff. I am just a bit dissapointed that they do not seem to honor any kind of Globalist status upgrades. I stayed here as a globalist over 10 times and have never been upgraded by any level at all. I realize this depends on availability but it's unlikely that they were always fully booked of premium rooms, suites, or high floor rooms. Minor detail but goes a long way with your most loyal guests

Hyatt Regency is absolutely one of the most wonderful hotels I've stayed in! I love it veryyyyy much! everyone literally is so kind and lovely, ???? literally they are the best !⭐️ and everything is so, so beautiful and elegant. ✨️ the vibes is so homey with wonderful atmosphere, I loved this hotel & everyone there from the bottom of my heart ??

The hotel entrance is very impressive, front desk staff are super friendly and the parking is easily accessible and clear.
Upon arrival the room was disappointingly small and after multiple calls and 6 hours after check in was told roll away beds aren’t available and it’s ‘subject to availability’ even though I’d requested it at the time of booking 10 days earlier.
Regardless, the night manager (who was also quite rude with a ‘it is what it is’ attitude) kindly ‘upgraded’ us from a 14th floor regular room with a view to a 3rd floor suite which was an accessible room. The room is catered for disabled guests so it wasn’t the best option. (We couldn’t hang our towels or robes as the hooks were low down, no glass in the shower causing the water to go everywhere and super dangerous for our kids, etc)
Regardless of the issues we had with the room the stay was pleasant. The rooms are quiet and very clean, cleaning staff and very friendly and helpful and in room amenities were satisfactory.
The restaurant we absolutely amazing. The breakfast selection was one of the best I’ve experienced. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that they seemed a bit short staffed and we often finished our breakfast before the hot drinks arrived. We also had buffet lunch (again great selection of food and all very delicious) and ordered room service (came fast and hot).
I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel but definitely the reservation side needs improvements. Confirm your room by email/call before arriving.
