Attended meetings here twice in the last months and the place is dire need to a do-up. Female bathrooms are only available in the meeting rooms area with a maze to find them. Lobby has seen better days, parking isn’t well run.

Great place, great service. Very clean and everyone is very friendly and polite. This hotel has so many good memories for me personally and it truly is a top 5 start hotel in Riyadh. Always in high quality and always renovating the refurnishing. Very nice design.

Smoking rooms are very old and gloomy. And no good view.
Non smoking rooms are newer and more comfortable.
Rich breakfast.
Anyway, I think I will not prefer this hotel next time.

I only booked this hotel because other options were full, and I regretted it almost immediately. The cleanliness was below standard with an unpleasant odor that was hard to ignore throughout the property. The breakfast buffet was equally disappointing, with poor quality food and little variety. Definitely not up to the mark for the price or the brand reputation.

Not recommended. Daily after coming from.office at 9PM when i see the room, it not cleaned. I have to inform then they send the person for cleaning. Moreover, they do not do deep cleaning.
One day, i requested to re-fill body wash, they gave small hand soap, saying that body wash is finished in the hotel.
