I recently stayed at the Hilton Suites and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with modern decor and comfortable amenities. The room was spotless and spacious, and the view to Masjid Al Haram was simply breathtaking. I was also very impressed with the wide array of services offered, especially the restaurants. It was truly a luxurious stay. I would like to give a special shout-out to Nazim, one of the staff members at the hotel. He went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as pleasant as possible. He was always smiling, attentive, and quick to respond to any requests I had. His warm and friendly attitude made my stay all the more enjoyable. I want to thank Nazim for his outstanding service and I highly recommend the Hilton Suites for anyone looking for an exceptional and memorable stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at a remarkable luxury hotel recently, and I can't help but commend the exceptional efforts of the cleaning supervisor (Mr Mohammed Jassim) and his team. Their dedication to maintaining the hotel's pristine condition was truly impressive. From the moment I entered, I noticed the immaculate lobby and common areas that spoke volumes about their commitment to excellence. Throughout my stay, I consistently observed the cleaning team diligently attending to every detail, from the neatly made beds to the spotless bathrooms. The rooms were always flawlessly arranged, creating an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. It was evident that the cleaning supervisor took his role seriously, ensuring his team worked harmoniously to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness. Their attention to hygiene and sanitation was particularly reassuring during these times. The team consistently wore appropriate protective gear and carried out thorough cleaning protocols, which added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. I wholeheartedly recommend recognizing the cleaning supervisor and his team for their outstanding work. Their dedication, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to maintaining the hotel's impeccable appearance deserve the highest praise. Service is awesome. Make you feel welcomed all the time. Excellent variation of food, quality and speed of service is great. We needed a wheelchair but had to wait for 1 day to have one available cause it was a weekend.

The proximity to The Holy Kabah is unbeatable! As a long time Hilton veteran, this was my first time in a Hilton in KSA and it was an amazing experience! They stayed true to the Hilton brand and the level of service was amazing if not better. The room was clean, well stocked with amenities and bathrooms were great! The room service was prompt and timely whenever needed. They have a daily breakfast buffet that is a must try with foods from around the world, freshly cooked and savory! The service provided by the managers and servers was impeccable and very respectful. I forgot the names of the two gentlemen that helped us daily but a huge thanks to them for making the time there memorable! They also have a cafe in the C2 level that serves great desserts and coffee. There is a shopping mall, with 4 levels and a food court that is so convenient!
