The room cleaning service was excellent,with the cleaner who was very efficient, professional and courteous.
The only problem I had was that the rooms were not interleading and the communication and coordination was challenging as my whole family had come and there were 5 of us including my Mum and my children.
I wish in future we do get what we booked.

Very good hotel. Amazing location.
Jafor - 10 floor room cleaner provided excellent service with a smile everyday.

Comfortable stay, food at breakfast was good. I have little concern about live stations, for fresh food need to stay in queue for long as only 1 chef is preparing food and long queue is waiting.
Service staff Sohagh Abdul Karim was very helpful and deserves appreciation.
Long queues for parking car. This was quiet upsetting.
Location is good and connected with haram

The reception was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Mr Nassurudin from house keeping was excellent. My only complaints are that the room’s furniture are a bit dated considering the price (the curtains for example are old and stained), the sound proofing of the rooms could be improved (construction sounds can be heard from the room).

Great team, the reception team are cooperative and ready for any help at the check-in or during the stay.
Cleaning staff are doing a great job, seid was kindly all time checking to make sure that we are having good time.
Break fast was great and the team there were exceeding our expectations with their great service with a big smile
Thank you for a memorable comfortable stay.
