Tanbir Hussein and Hassan have been extremely helpful, courteous and polite whenever they're cleaning our room. It is so refreshing to have this personal touch of service excellence, so much so that one forgets they're in a hotel. Hilton Suites Jabal Omar is definitely one of the finest hotels I've ever stayed in.

The elevators are among the best features of the hotel, along with its friendly staff and close proximity to the Haram:)
Special thanks to Mr. Ramadan Abdul Aziz along with his team, Mr.Mustafa Nada,Mr.Orlando and Mr. Aijaz Ali who took very good care of us at breakfast.
It is such a joy to be greeted by Mr.Rajab Abdulaziz and Mr. Tahsin Mohammed when we step down for breakfast!
The housekeeping supervisor Mr Tanbir Hussain was very helpful and cheerful...
We truly enjoyed our stay here but the only downside is the size of the rooms that are very small, for the enormous fee we're paying :(

From the reception team to the breakfast team... And room attendants.. All friendly.. Accomodating and helpful.. Impressive and definitely want to stay here in the future.. Hilton suites is most convenient hotel from all others. Thanking you for making our stay enjoyable and memorable.....

We recently stayed at the hotel and can honestly say it was the best experience we've had for a long time. The hotel is located very close to the hara'am, it would take a few minutes walk from the room to the har'am. The hotel has a very high standard rooms and top rated service. The employees are very helpful and cheerful and respond extremely quickly to any requests.
We will be staying here again when we next visit.
Well done to all staff and management team for providing an exceptional service.

Best Hotel I have been to in Makkah so far.
Extremely supportive staff and perfect spot close to the holy mosque.
I got a free upgrade also, upon arrival , early checked in .
I'm not sure if this was intended or it was a coincidence , but when I came back from my first Umrah , a dish of fruits was put in my room as a welcome , and it was perfectly on time :)
