Grand Plaza Riyadh

Had the most awsome 4 day stay here at this most wonderfully located hotel in the heart of Riyadh...Upon artival I was warmly greeted and kindly assisted by concierge at the door Mr Shouaibaz...The first receptionist I met on check in was Mr Ahmed...outstanding customer service provided by him...He was so incredible and kind as I asked for the location of my room to be changed after about 5 hours...he helped me find my perfect room and Mr Shouaibaz came promptly to assist with the move and is such an expert in own right...I also commend and applaud all the other receptionists who were so amazing and awesome helpful as well..Mr Hussein ...Mr Fahad ...Mr Mahsen...all provided excellent customer service and Mr Hussein was excellent in assisting me with my online bookings for 2 spectacular events in Riyadh.....All the gentleman ..(bellboys) at the front entrance door of hotel were super ? amazing and helpful...The hotel is beautiful and my room was very comfortable and lovely...Housekeeping staff were excellent...Thank You Mr Siddant for my clean neat room everyday..The view from the rooftop is most breath taking and stunning ? I enjoyed delicious ,mouth watering ,sumptuous breakfasts during my 4 days there ...Mr Arman..Mr Saif...JB...Mr Abdullah ..all the Egyptian and Philippino chefs were amazing and provided excellent customer service at the breakfast buffet ...On one day I ordered room service for breakfast...wow it was lovely and expertly organised and promptly delivered by Mr Rahmatullah with service excellence ...I am so grateful to You All for my incredible stay at your hotel and Thank You All sooo much ? ❤️ May Allah open many more doors to your success... 9th March 2023 I would like to place on record my most sincere gratitude for Hotel Manager Mr Hussein and Receptionist Mr Ahmed for their great efforts and very kind assistance in trying to go to extra lengths to help me recover a lost item near the hotel...This is the best ? customer service ever ...I Thank you both so much and May Allah bless You'll always...

One of the best services that was provided by Mr. Fahed. He was vary helpful and welcoming. Furthermore, the room was clean and neat. Highly recommended for a stay

Deep appreciation goes to Mr.Saleh Al-Zahrani due to demonstrating great efforts and showing his responsibility and more what expected from him. He shows great hospitality which encouraging me with my family to come back again to same hotel place.

I will give this hotel only one star for one essential reason When you write the check in at 15:00 it is suppose to be at 15:00 Not 15:30 !! And the reason is that you have no clean rooms! Will this is not the costumer problem And when i asked him what you gonna give me as a return for this delay the receptionist says SORRY! This is really NOT PROFESSIONAL and this not how to run a hotel The receptionist was not professional at all .. and he was laughing sarcastically and saying it is only 30min delay !!! For us its too much after 4hr and 30 min driving in the rain

i loved the service the people are so friendly, the rooms were super clean, very soft bed! I would definitely recommend this place
