Cancelled my reservation the day of after having confirmed twice by email that my late check in (10 pm) was fine. I was stranded at 10 pm in riyad with nowhere to sleep and they did not offer any help.

"Arriving at the hotel utterly exhausted, I was met with conditions that only worsened my state. The rooms were in a deplorable state, with peeling walls and floors that seemed to be 'cleaned' with a filthy mop, leaving them sticky and streaked with unsightly smears. Entering the bathroom felt like stepping into a realm of neglect and decay. The pervasive smell of mold filled the air, making the atmosphere inside the room suffocating. Had I possessed even the slightest energy to lift a finger, I would have immediately sought out different accommodations. Regrettably, my exhaustion bound me to that disappointing space. I strongly advise against staying here; the experience was thoroughly disheartening and distressing."

I had a good experience at this hotel! I want to express my gratitude to Roshan ghale magar for going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly made a difference.

Amazing staff at the restaurant especially roshan and kumar always helpfully and very friendly.Thanks to them and sure will come back again.
Rooms needs more staff at night to serve better as the service at nice was very poor but day shift was exellent especially mohamad tofazzal he really excellent and always helpful and smiley

Exceptional stay at Grand Plaza! The receptionists, especially Abdulrahman Alenezi, went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. Their warmth and efficiency added immense value to my stay. Thanks to the team for providing top-notch service and creating lasting memories. Five stars well-deserved!
