Exceptional stay at Grand Plaza! The receptionists, especially Abdulrahman Alenezi, went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. Their warmth and efficiency added immense value to my stay. Thanks to the team for providing top-notch service and creating lasting memories. Five stars well-deserved!

This is an old hotel. Not worth money paid to book this hotel. Rooms are are quite old, smells as well.
I will not book again this hotel.
Very busy area and hotel pictures doesn't match with real property At the moment.

Absolutely shocking experience. Had to wait 45 mins for checking in, then no sooner had I got to my room I had 3 hotel staff let themselves in to my room. When I questioned them they pretend not to speak English. Room was tatty with dirty carpet, paper coming away from the walls and furniture chairs was dirty. Shower and facilities definitely need a deep clean. Breakfast was very basic with hard Danish and poor tasting coffee.
On check out they wanted me to wait 15 mins. For what? Not recommended. Definitely will not be staying again.

The hotel is 4 stars and the furniture is not reflecting the awarded stars. The location is excellent colse to the hospital and king fahad city.

Out stay is ok, staff are friendly, hospitality is great.
Hotel room to small, noisy, underground parking space very small.
Short stay not recommend to others.
