Room feels dirty, didn’t feel comfortable during my stay. Especially the carpet flooring.

Convenient.. near to malls, coffee shop and restaurants. Smiley faces staff especially the front desk staff they greet you with a smile. Me and my mom had a great stay. Clean room and accomodating. Affordable place to stay. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I spent 7 weeks here while working in Riyadh.
The location is very good for all amenities with main highways only a few hundred meters away.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, also welcoming throughout our stay.
Service is generally good and if you ask for anything it is received very quickly. The rooms are nice enough for the purpose.
The gym wasn’t available but looks to have been refurbished to a reasonable standard.

I am a big fan of this suites. The team is like a family. The receiptionist are friendly and supportive especially Mr Mohammed Lamar and tutul. Additionally it is located in an exceptional location
