Excellent hotel. Great people providing really outstanding service. Mr. Saud at the reception and Mr. Bilal from the valet team in particular are both amazing - thank you for making my stay great like always! ?

Only due to my ambassador elite I chose this property for my first visit to Riyadh but for sure I am not coming back here as I had to checkout in just one day due to poor managed property and worst location in Riyadh. I won’t recommend this to any business travelers. Al Olaya area is better with many average properties around.

Stayed in the hotel for my business trip in Riyadh, overall the hotel is good although I believe if it got renovated it will be great.
The location is one of the bad things, it’s an old/industrial area..
The breakfast has variety of options and it’s considered very good, although I believe they need to get a good coffee machine.
They have a very good guest service and a gentleman called Claudio that is very helpful to the guests and gives a great impression on the hotel!

I tried four points in Jeddah and i can rate it 10/5 stars or more, extremely good especially their food and yes everything. This is the reason i tried four points riyadh. But the outcome was unsatisfactory. Jeddah is far better than this in one riyadh. I think one of them should change name as they are far different.
Good: valet parking.
Worst:
Breakfast - with egg station live cooking then in main dish section you have shakshuka, scrambled egg and hard boiled egg. All eggs. Then bread and fruit selection is very limited. Salad area typical this is ok. Main dish area, aside from the eggs, they only have canned beans, chicken liver, hotdog, oats and ful, tomato.
