"Super nice hotel!
Great hotel. Everything was nice. Great location, great service, friendly staff , Good value for the money. Breakfast was delicious. Very comfortable.Mangers and his staff are professional and organized. Proving best service. Specialty the manager (Mr Samee Khan ) is well organized and caring the guests.
Good Job i strong recommend to visit and feel Would definitely recommend Thank you!"

Worst location in terms of traffic but they always offer you excellent room upgrades and the hotel itself is not bad.
Restaurants inside the hotel are nice and their room sizes overall are also good.
Services need a lot of improvement as their staff is often rude and fighting with each other to pass on customer requests to each other.

Very well maintained Hotel. What it lacks in location is aptly covered by en extremely courteous staff. A superbly welcoming front office reception Abdulaziz received me with so much warmth and welcome. Yahya was very helpful in managing the confusion on booking.
Ovi Islam at room service went few extra steps to have the food delivered the way I wanted.
Kudos to the entire team at Four Points .

Four points by Sheraton has always been me and my family's choice of hotels wherever we go in the Kingdom. We stay in this one for Riyadh usually for a stop over before we travel to and fro the Eastern to western province of KSA. It offers a good value for Bonvoy members and often comes with an opportunity and availability for us to upgrade. The staff here are always accommodating to my children. However the facilities need a lot of attention and care especially the playgrounds, convenience store and also the swimming pool area, they all seem run down, non operative and a blast to the past. It is definitely still a hotel we'd go for a stop over or a weekend trip to Riyadh but not one we'd prefer for ease of facilities and entertainment for families.
