Stayed in the hotel for my business trip in Riyadh, overall the hotel is good although I believe if it got renovated it will be great. The location is one of the bad things, it’s an old/industrial area.. The breakfast has variety of options and it’s considered very good, although I believe they need to get a good coffee machine. They have a very good guest service and a gentleman called Claudio that is very helpful to the guests and gives a great impression on the hotel!

I tried four points in Jeddah and i can rate it 10/5 stars or more, extremely good especially their food and yes everything. This is the reason i tried four points riyadh. But the outcome was unsatisfactory. Jeddah is far better than this in one riyadh. I think one of them should change name as they are far different. Good: valet parking. Worst: Breakfast - with egg station live cooking then in main dish section you have shakshuka, scrambled egg and hard boiled egg. All eggs. Then bread and fruit selection is very limited. Salad area typical this is ok. Main dish area, aside from the eggs, they only have canned beans, chicken liver, hotdog, oats and ful, tomato. Bad: Outdated interior All areas dark and gloomy Elevator is limited one is under repair Air-conditioning Water heater TV or entertainment Good: Location Best: Bed and pillows Room space Valet parking service

We stayed here for two nights and we had extremely noisy neighbors. They were definitely more than two staying in a junior suite. The video that's attached is of their noises at around 3:30am. They made our stay extremely bad, it was hard to even see a movie in the room because of these noises. The electric stove in their rooms never work and they dont have any pots or pans. So their is no purpose of the stove and a kitchen that they provide. The switches are broken. Their kettle wasn't working we had to request another one that they did provide. Their lifts are extremely old and faulty they work on their own and dont stop on our desired floors. Once we had to take the stairs from our floor because the lift wasn't coming and we had a careem waiting. The air-conditioning here in the room does not work at all and so we had to close it. This happened with us on our previous stays aswell. The air conditioning controller had on button missing as shown in the picture. It was bearable just because its winter time, or else it would have been a nightmare. Would not recommend if you are a tourist in Riyadh

Checked in around midnight on the 10th. Check in staff helpful, pleasant. Room was freezing when I checked. Temperature was at 5c. Increased it to17c and went to sleep. Morning 5 room was very hot. Called reception they sent technician. Who said setting were wrong and adjusted setting. Room did not cool. Went for breakfast ,went out cake back. Room was warm again. Called reception and other places including duty manager about 20times nobody answered. Eventually restaurant transfered call to reception. Again technicians came. Removed ceiling in toilet ,room could not repair. As I had not slept asked them for a fan. Now trying to get some sleep with a fan.
