This hotel doesn’t deserve a single star. Very old furniture and beds squeaking every time someone moves. Bad smell in the bathroom and room wasn’t clean when we got there. Rather than changing the room the kept us 1 hour waiting. The only good thing is the location to Haram but better avoid it as there are plenty of other hotels in the area. Don’t be tempted by the pictures and the price. Not worth it at all.

The only good thing of the hotel is the location. The duvet cover was not changed when we arrived. We changed it ourselves. The bathroom sink was also dirty. Sorry, but I don't think that the staff understands cleaning

Ibrahim Abu Muhammad was very helpful. The hotel was clean and on ideal location, just 3 mins walk from Masjid-e-Nabwi. House keeping was a bit slow but rest of the services were excellent. Their coffee shop/cafe at ground floor is just average so avoid wasting money there.

I don’t know how it’s called a 5 star hotel with a 3 star room and facilities. Breakfast was worst, milk was so dilute. They cleaned the rooms on time but that was only the good part. The washroom clogged with water and didn’t go for so long. Sheets had stains.
Would never ever go here.
