The rooms don't have charger outlets and for those which are having lamps, if you put your charger it will stop charging once you switch off the lights.
Ongoing noises coming from the AC vents, room door malfunction noise, water pipe bubbling from the toilet, it's like you are sleeping in a haunted hotel, once you go out of the room it looks good.
The buffet was good, but not authentic cuisine, they had hummus which was not atlal authentic, seemed like you are eating something else .
Like who goes wrong with the humus when the chef is arab .
Overall food was good .

The problem is the location .. it is far from Haram around 500 meters
And the nearst door is dedecated to Ladies
So men should walk 200 m more to reach the men's area
Food is acceptable and the staff is friendly
Clean level is good and reception staff are supportive

Can be a very good hotel if they improve on check-in.
Pros: The hotel is really nice. Very clean and not far from Haram. Theres plenty of lifts. Wifi was good everywhere. Rooms were spacious. Had kettle, fridge, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. All essentials are close by. It is very close for the women to get to gate 25.
Cons: The check-in was more late than expected. They have too many people waiting in the lobby. Their check-in time is 4 to 6. You might be waiting around till 6. I had booked 2 rooms, and i managed to get 1 with the help of Brother mahir. And the other i got after 6.30pm. Checkout was straightforward.

It was okay. The room was somewhat clean. The bathroom and room had an odor. Bathroom hygiene would be 5/10. Had to open the window for fresh air. The only good thing about it, it is close by the haram for woman and food places are close by too. Some shops around the area. Has a good view. The service is good when checking in.
