I had an absolutely delightful experience at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay and event hosted in one of their ballroom was great. Their warmth and professionalism were truly commendable. The services provided were top-notch, from the immaculate rooms to the delicious dining options. I am highly satisfied and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a fantastic stay.

Super impressive hotel with the quality you would expect from this kind of establishment, spacious and clean with a calm ambience.
Where it really shines through is the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. day in day out the level of service exceeded our expectations.

Undoubtedly, the only hotel I have been to that is actually worth 5 stars. Absolutely stunning - from the reception to corridors, the elevators to the room. Satellite TV, a proper CEO-type work table, exquisite bathroom, stunning views from the room and corridors ... can't be effusive enough in praise. I was booked-in by a friend so I didn't deal with reception staff personally, hence can't comment on their warmth. In summary, stay here if visiting Riyadh.

It was a nice experience coming to have my lunch in your hotel. The environment is very siren and lovely. Your workers, especially the one called EASY or EAZY(sorry if I got the name wrong). He is polite, humble and intelligent. I applaud the management for how best they have train your staff. I personally recommend anyone to come and visit Crowne Plaza Riyadh Rdc Hotel once they visit the city.

Due to my traveling experience,I have been to lot of hotels and restaurants and I recommend everyone to at least pay a visit to Crowne plaza Riyadh Rdc hotel & convention. The place is fresh and clean and good for relaxation.
Their employees are well trained and good with customer service. I had a conversation with one of them who said he's from Ghana called EAZZY(I stand corrected). It was nice meeting him tho since I have been to Ghana before. He is very calm and good at what he does.
Maybe,I will come back again next year for vacation ☺️
