It was a nice experience coming to have my lunch in your hotel. The environment is very siren and lovely. Your workers, especially the one called EASY or EAZY(sorry if I got the name wrong). He is polite, humble and intelligent. I applaud the management for how best they have train your staff. I personally recommend anyone to come and visit Crowne Plaza Riyadh Rdc Hotel once they visit the city.

Due to my traveling experience,I have been to lot of hotels and restaurants and I recommend everyone to at least pay a visit to Crowne plaza Riyadh Rdc hotel & convention. The place is fresh and clean and good for relaxation.
Their employees are well trained and good with customer service. I had a conversation with one of them who said he's from Ghana called EAZZY(I stand corrected). It was nice meeting him tho since I have been to Ghana before. He is very calm and good at what he does.
Maybe,I will come back again next year for vacation ☺️

Great hotel, perfect location as it is just opposite my office. Staff was absolutely wonderful, right from the reception desk to staff at restaurant, at concierge desk and also the In-room dining service personnel.
Pervinder Singh was specially outstanding with his courtesy, sincerity, professionalism as he delivered dinner for me in the room. Great customer service attitude from him.
Daniel at Concierge desk was phenomenal in his support.
Cleanliness and decor of the room was lovely.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel, simply stunning, from the moment you walk in the door. The lobby is spacious and elegant, with high ceilings and beautiful chandeliers. Breakfast buffet is the best I have seen. Staff are customer focused and very service minded. Very nice and well maintained rooms. In addition to all of the above when I am working at my room I get to take some free snacks to my room. I always stay here during my visit to Riyadh and have always been very impressed with this hotel. Excellent services received last night at the restaurant from Eazzy?

The hotel is simply stunning, from the moment you walk in the door. The lobby is spacious and elegant, with high ceilings and beautiful chandeliers. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is also home to a variety of excellent restaurants and cafes. I had the chance to try a few of them, and I was impressed with the quality of the food and service. The hotel also has a number of great amenities, including a swimming pool, a spa, and a fitness center.
Overall, I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Crowne Plaza Hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Riyadh.
