This is a perfect place to stay for a business trip. Everything is fine, starting from reception, house keeping, room service and ending with food in the restaurant. Rooms are freshly repaired, lobby is very solid, the gym has a new equipment, the swimming pool has 3m depth.
Thanks for all the stuff in the hotel, especially to Rakeeb. I can recommend this place to everyone.

Stayed in Crown Plaza. Experienced awesome hospitality by front desk. Breakfast was good. Fantastic laundry service. House keeping department doing Fantastic room service. Especially GULAM has done good job everyday by keeping the room clean and neat. Overall good experience. Kudos to crown plaza management.

I had a pleasant stay at hotel. The staff is very caring and helpful. I liked the food and breakfast of the Hotel. The Housekeeping service is top notch, they clean rooms every day with perfection. A very special thanks to Mr. Gulam and his team for keeping the room up to date throughout my stay and making it a pleasant one.

New renovated room, very clean, the bed is comfortable, very quiet, we have a lot of good sleeps here :)
What we really appreciate is the staff and how welcoming you feel when you stay here. The cleaning staff did such good job - the room is sparkling clean and they are super friendly super nice!
We also enjoyed the breakfast very much, we encountered 2 staffs at the breakfast , they both deserve 5 stars, I hope you get to meet Ehab and Gregory when you stay here too :)

Hello There,
I have been living here since more than 20 days now. This hotel is very good. Staff is very helpful and courteous. I would definitely mention the Anwar's name here as he kept my room very neat and clean throughout the tenure. Food is also a great point in this hotel. Being vegitarian, I didn't face any kind of issue in breakfast or lunch.
