My stay in Crowne Plaza Riyadh Palace was on account of work. The office being at a walkable distance this was the perfect choice of stay. Much to my surprise and delight found the service staff and facilities of the hotel to be really good when compared to the other hotels in the area. Ghulam specifically took really good care of maintenance and service in my room. Always with a smiling face getting whatever is needed and sometimes even without having to mention it. The over experience of my 3 week's stay has been really good and comfortable.

If you are looking for a perfect place to stay whether it is personal or professional purpose this property should be on the top of the list.
The location of the hotel is awesome and situated in the heart of city.
The hotel staff are really customer centric and supportive. The housekeeping ensure that your room is neat and tidy when you come back after a long tiring day.
The F&B manager Sany is amazing and is a great person to have a nice chat. He understands your food requirements and ensures to make your dinner an amazing experience. The chefs are also amazing and specially chef Tareef, one must try his special Fish dishes which gives you an unforgettable experience.
All in all Kudos to the entire staff of Crowne Plaza Riyadh Palace.

We went to Palace Restaurant for Friday Brunch with my colleagues for a special occasion and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious. The value was excellent compared to other prices we looked at and we found it hard to match the quality/value and atmosphere during our stay.
They arranged a separate play section for kids which was very nice.
Amazing experience, special Thanks to Mr.Sanny and his team for The wonderful service.

I have been staying in this hotel for the past 5 years and always been over satisfied and happy with the quality of services, delicious and variety of food and the generosity of the hotel staff and Management. This hotel I call it home because they made me feel as a family and yet treating me professionally as a valued guest.
What I love about this hotel is that they keep upgrading and changing to provide better value and experience to their guests.
Thank you Crowne plaza Riyadh Palace for everything. You earned our loyalty forever

it was a great and excellent night celebrating an event here in crown plaza hotel. we enjoyed every moment of our stay. the place is excellent especially our host led by Mr. Jimbo. there service is excellent as well.. a first class treatment and service and all are very nice with smile on there faces as they served us. the food were excellent. great job. we will definitely come back and celebrate again on our upcoming events. highly recommended.
