Central and very comfortable. Not the five star experience but will do the job if you are there and very busy in town. Have a basic restaurant in the hotel. But why eat in when there are so many places to eat in Riyadh!

Was there for a ceremony our company has organized, all what was organized by our private company made the vibes great. What was made by the Hotel is not. The space is good, the hall where we had the assembly was clean.
The food is not delicious at all and tasteless, only the sweets were good.
The toilets were so dirty and water at the floor.
Me and my friends had a gastroenteritis the same day.

The place itself is old and very dark in the rooms--I think I got kind of depressed here. There also isn't really a good place to sit in the lobby. We also felt that the service was quite rude most of the time or condescending and even judgemental at times. We didn't feel comfortable approaching or interacting with the staff. By the end of the stay was so relieved to leave here.
The location is good near the DQ, you can even walk there if you want. I would only recommend this place for a short stay where you will mostly be outside the hotel--if you are looking for a "second home" sort of a place this is certainly not for you.
Lastly, you cannot access the pool as a woman. They do not even offer 1-2 hours a day. Especially strange for a hotel next to the DQ.
