Receptionist is so rude. Heard good reviews about the place until we entered and was shocked on our experience with them. The man standing there spoke to us as if we are nothing. No one smiles! extremely unhelpful. They told us rooms are fully occupied even though we’ve booked beforehand. Told us there is nothing we can do. We stood there! A typical fiver star hotel would have asked us to wait in the lounge get us a drink be extremely helpfully and friendly they did the exact opposite! This hotel downgrades their clients and I would never recommend it to anyone will make sure that people know about this !

Hi, I am currently staying at your hotel and wanted to take a moment to compliment the exceptional service from every staff member.
In particular, Abdulmajid and Mamadou in the restaurant have been the friendliest and most professional staff members I have come across in my extensive travels.
Warm greetings every meal and expert guidance on all things Riyadh.
They both embody the spirit of JW Marriott and are a huge asset!
Thank you to all incredible staff members.

A newly renovated hotel; the entrance is so welcoming and bright! The cafe and lunch options were superb. I loved the outdoor space as well with the large screen, Looking forward to smoking a shisha there while watching a football match :)
The rooms were excellent and so was the service, very generous and attentitve!

Rooms are decent.
Restaurant options are a joke. At 500 USD/night for a basic room, you can only order lunch via room service or have it at a cafe in the lobby. Either way options available are a joke.
For Dinner, when the only restaurant in the hotel finally opens up, they have a ridiculous and illogical pricing concept of appetizer buffet (rubbish options), dessert buffet and a la carte mains.
The mains are served on a plate normally used for a cappuccino. Bland and very poor selection.
Staff are friendly but completely disorganized and lost all the time.
After confirming an early check-in, my room was not available. Instead they offered me to refresh in the Spa. The Spa smells of urine and the shower stalls have pubic hair on the floor.

Just finished with the classic massage with the therapist Pinky! It was a gorgeous experience! I loved it along with the classy and relaxing facilities in the spa. I would recommend to have an extra 2 hours “like i did” along with your appointment to enjoy the spa ??
