The Fairmont Ramla Serviced Residences are a new state-of-the-art luxury residences, designed to offer the highest level of comfort and convenience. The Fairmonet Ramla Residences are located in Al Sahafa District which is close to both KAFD (King Abdullah Financial District) and Historic Diriyah whilst being only a 30 minute drive from King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh.
The luxury accommodation options are diverse, ranging from executive suites to family suites, and even a presidential suite. Each suite is meticulously designed with a breathtaking city view and with most featuring an attractive balcony.
The Fairmont Ramla Serviced Residences are located in Ramla Terraza, which is an exciting addition to Riyadh's vibrant culinary scene and brings together a unique mix of international cuisines making it a gastronomic haven for food enthusiasts. It is home to four unique restaurants: Clap, Brute, Iris Cafe and Jones the Grocer all of which you can find on Welcome Saudi. Fairmont Ramla Serviced Residences are also located close to At Turaif World Heritage Site and Bujairi Terrace.

I had outstanding and perfect experience with Iftar today, with so nice view outside. The buffet was good with variety, specially the live cooking part and the resturant was cousy.
The service was perfect , amazing staff, specially Mr. Adel and the lady on the entrance .
In general, it was nice experience.

The restaurant provided a stunning view outside, enhancing the overall dining experience. The service was exceptional, with the team, especially Mr. Mosen, going above and beyond to ensure guests felt well taken care of. Their attentive and personalized service truly stood out. Additionally, the menu offered a variety of delicious options, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. It was particularly memorable as it was my guest's first IFTAR experience during Ramadan, adding an extra layer of significance to the occasion. Special thanks go to the supervisor and the lady in front of the buffet, whose contributions made the experience even more memorable. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience marked by great ambiance, outstanding service, delightful cuisine, and the joy of sharing a special moment with a my guests ..

One of the best buildings in riyadh! Even tho the spa wasn't open yet as we as the cinema but the room was amazing, spacious & modern.
Note: the lights motion sensors doesn't work properly.
Thanks to Ayam for his warm welcome.
As well as the housekeeping, which did a great job cleaning the room.

I have been a long term resident and I can say I have quite a full experience.
The hotel vibes are amazing with very friendly staff I never felt like im a guest but rather this place became my family. The lobby is always vibrant and the number of high end restaurants make it always lively.
The staff starting from all the valet parking staff (sorry I failed to know their names) are so amazing and kind, reception staff I deal with Nasser who is super supportive and professional. Bellboys are honestly from the best I have met, all of them smile and help without asking; I’m sorry I don’t know all the names (my bad im not good at names) some of whom I do know Tanweer, Ayaam but honestly the whole team are all the BEST!
Room service is also amazing Mark, Ibraheem, housekeeping always make sure the room is on spot thank you Vahansint and Florenid for keeping it nice and clean and the other staff I didn’t mention thank you!
The only thing I don’t like is that the rooms are not sound proof you can here literally everything, people talking and housekeeping cleaning, phones ringing.. :(
All in all, its clear that the whole staff have the same understanding of true hospitality and again apologies for not naming you all😅
Even though the hotel is luxurious has great facilities like restaurants, gym, spa, cinema.. etc the thing that matters is the amazing staff, so thank you all for making my experience feel like home ❤️🙏🏻

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, the staff dedication and helpful demeanor significantly enhanced my stay making it truly memorable. They are commitment to excellent service deserves commendation and I appreciate the positive impact he had on my overall experience at the hotel. Special thanks to Muner for his service and all the reception, concierge and housekeeping staff.
