During my recent stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Riyadh, I was thoroughly impressed with the blend of luxury and hospitality. Nestled in the heart of the city, the hotel's location provided convenient access to local attractions and business hubs, making my outings effortless. The hotel's amenities were standout features; from the serene spa to the well-equipped gym, there was no shortage of opportunities to relax and recharge.
The room I stayed in was the epitome of comfort, with plush bedding, advanced technological amenities, and a stunning view that captured the essence of Riyadh. Terrible behavior by Ajinkya in the reception. We had an event in 4th floor I was asking for support he said tell your guy from 4th floor to come. I did that on my own. I pushed the trolley but later on when I just came down to welcome my client he asked me to get the trolley from top! I have been to 100s of hotels but never got this treatment. Terrible experience! 3 star hotels treat people better.

Excellent hotel. Excellent staff. Beautiful rooms with a grand view of the city.
I stayed two days for a business trip.
Ahmed and Girish from the breakfast kitchen (floor 3) were especially courteous and helpful to me and so was the concierge and reception staff.
Service was excellent overall.
Gave a four star because 1. The shower head (standing) had water coming at extremely high pressure (even at it's lowest notch) and the pipe was tight to move. 2. it's extravagantly expensive - to an extent some may consider disproportionate for the additional amenities provided. 3. The outdoors ladies pool was deserted and dimly lit. (At night )

I'm reviewing the pool for women. It has a lovely relaxed vibe and is a great place to cool off on a hot day. It's fine to wear a bikini. However the pool is just barely large enough to swim in and most other people just go to relax in it, so I felt like I was disrupting people by swimming. It's also very expensive (230 riyal to enter for 4 hours). They provide towels. There's no changing room but you can change in the little bathroom

Visited the hotel for an event. So technically didn't stay in any room. Food was good. Only drawback is the slowness of the valet service which maybe down to size of event as well.
