We love staying here. It has an excellent, very well trained, responsive and courteous staff. Fahad who serves us breakfast is delightful in his service. He speaks different languages to different customers and serves exceptionally. As always, having a wonderful stay. Love the old property charm of tradition, cleanliness and courtesy.

Our room 960 was cleaned in an exception condition, by Abdul-naan and his co worker. The breakfast and dinner has been amazing, the waiters were very friendly, especially farad during at breakfast. The service and staff of the hotel has been wonderful

Great location and great service by servers. However a suggestion for the management to add some Pakistani dishes to the breakfast and dinner buffet. Also please change the main course dishes, it gets really boring after couple of days. Thank you

Great hotel, especially the staff. Don't remember everyone's name but for example Fahad Khan one of restaurant staff provided great service. But you have to ask for a lot of stuff yourself which was a bit awkward when it comes to room items. Still they obliged so do call reception if you feel anything is missing. But food buffet is not that great. Good attempt but cannot eat tasteless food, almost everything is in gravy, even food that is supposed to be dry.

We didn’t stay in this hotel. We only came here for Dinner Buffet and was blown away by their lovely hospitality. The staff and their service was exceptional. Loved the tomato soup and the desserts. Big variety of all the dishes. Even my kids enjoyed the food. Very clean bathrooms. Noha, the restaurant manager was lovely. Their staff even asked us if they can bring Fries and nuggets for my kids which weren’t on the menu. We just said no as we didn’t want them.
