Robata est une nouvelle expérience culinaire japonaise sensorielle qui a ouvert ses portes à The Canopy à Hittin, Riyad. Vous pouvez découvrir que les talentueux chefs de Robata allient leurs compétences exceptionnelles et leur passion pour créer des trésors culinaires. Chaque plat est conçu comme une œuvre d'art. Les restaurants sont répartis sur deux étages avec un design intérieur exceptionnel et l'étage supérieur dispose d'un balcon qui offre une vue imprenable sur les toits de Riyad.

Robata propose une expérience culinaire raffinée spécialisée dans la cuisine japonaise et est située dans The Canopy à Hittin. Le restaurant présente un design intérieur élégant avec une salle sur deux étages et une terrasse qui possède son propre bar à boissons et est entièrement climatisé pour s'adapter au climat de Riyad. Il y a aussi une cuisine ouverte où vous pouvez voir les chefs préparer vos repas et boire une table de bar où les barmans préparent vos boissons.

Robata a un concept de partage où les plats sont conçus pour être partagés et sont placés au milieu de la table pour être dégustés en famille. Leur menu propose une large gamme de délicieux plats et grillades japonais tels que le poulet Pop Corn, l'edamame, les maki rolls, les sushis, les sashimis, les brochettes grillées, le bœuf Wagyu et bien plus encore. Ils servent également une incroyable sélection de cocktails sans alcool rafraîchissants, de cafés, de thé matcha authentique et de desserts. The atmosphere is amazing, but the spacing between the sofa tables is not acceptable. The food was better than my previous experience, the mushroom rice is highly recommended, and for dessert try the pistachio caramel soft serve ??

The robata grilled meats are absolutely divine. We went there to celebrate a friends birthday, and had a table of 10 so we tried most of the menu. The appetisers were mostly good, the best by far (for me) was the lamb and chicken TSUKUNE. For the mains: the tenderloin could not have been better, the short rib with accompanying sauce and slaw was out of this world good, the lamb chop also outstanding. Desserts were all spectacular! Not sure which one to recommend most - the cinnamon milk bun was crazy good, the pistachio ice cream delish especially on a hot summer night, and the chocolate fondant was rich and satisfying. The GM Jacques and the team will be certain your every need is taken care of. The restaurant vibe is chic with a super talented DJ that came on. A must try in Riyadh - esp if you like meat.

What a SUPER EVENING ♥️♥️♥️ My first visit to this great restaurant and certainly will not be the last. I went with my friends and we have dined together on many occasions, But this time was different ♥️♥️♥️ We had lovely cocktails in the beginning which was great and unique. It was so hard to choose from the many and varied items. Our food was fantastic, cook to perfection ?????? the desserts was really delicious. The staff were the best ever ??? happy to discuss our choices and gave us excellent service throughout, especially the restaurant manager, he tried his best to make us feel comfortable and happy. We all said one of the best times we have had. I have no hesitation in recommending ROBATA for a food experience at its best. Enjoy!!!
