Amazing location. Great service the staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms are a little outdated. The bed is very comfortable. The room is clean overall. But I think specifically the bathroom needs a bit of an upgrade. Still clean and would stay again.

One of the best locations in the area, overlooking the pedestrian walkway to the main gates of Masjid Nabawi. Rooms are spacious and well-stocked. But beyond this, service was excellent from check-in, housekeeping and at the restaurants. Special mention to the crew at breakfast (an Egyptian gentleman, I didn’t note his name) who remembered us from our first day and provided personalized service to us and everyone else even with a large crowd. Made our 3-night stay felt special and memorable.

Reception is fantastic , breakfast buffet has great choices. This location is also ideal for people visiting the Prophet’s Mosque

Excellent and comfortable stay. Plush beddings, superb shower water pressure. Customer service is above and beyond! Special thanks to Marwa at front desk for clearing our mix up with reservations. This hotel staff and manager go above and beyond with customer appreciation. Buffets are delicious with wide selection of food. Big Thank you for decadent birthday cake, it made my son’s day! Would definitely stay here again. So long Medina, I miss this beautiful serene prophet’s city already, until we meet again!
