Bienvenue aux tours Le Méridien, le meilleur endroit paisible pour les familles. Ils ont un restaurant/café et ils ont aussi un buffet pour le dîner, le déjeuner et le petit-déjeuner. de Haram, en plus il y a un excellent service de navette par la propriété.Kitchenette avec four, cafetière, deux salles de bain avec douche, chambre confortable, casier, table d'étude, coin salon, 2TV. Navettes gratuites toutes les 5 minutes vers Haram. Les tours Le Méridien sont situées sur Kudai Road, Misfalah, Makkah

I booked the room for one night to get a couple of hours of sleep. When I got back at night, the key was not working. I went from Tower 8 to 5 to get another one only to find that it's not working either. The maintenance guy came and couldn't open it and had to wait for another one to try because the batteries in the lock were so rusty (showing that it definitely needs maintenance). Then, after 45 minutes, they had to take out part of the door frame (in front of other hotel guests) to open the door manually. They even tried to convince me that it's safe to sleep the night in this room regardless that this could definitely happen again and that at least 4 passing people knew how to open the already partly broken door without the key. When I insisted on changing the room, they provided me with another one without even apologising for me going through this for an hour, and the receptionist even acted as if doing me a favour.

Good Hotel. Rooms are big n clean. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The bus service between hotel and clocktower is non stop. So traveling to haram and the hotel is amazing. Lastly breakfast is very very poor. I would not recommend it at all. Need serious improvement!!!

Wonderful experience in terms of room cleanliness and services. Only the internet was very slow. Shuttle buses are very efficient and are available almost 24/7. It takes 5 mints drive in shuttle and after that max 8-10 mints walk to reach haram.

Very poor room keeping and house keeping service. Basic amenities are not provided. Loccation is far from the Haram. Although bus services are provided, but it is inconvenient especially for elderly. Rooms are nice and breakfast is good.

It was a great experience and no doubt it is the best choice for star hotel at affordable price. The points to be improved are: 1. Access to parking, it looks like dirty service lane behind the hotel and properly paved with asphalt. Gives bad impression to a 5 star chain. 2. Breakfast was average. Rather comparing to star chains, it was below average. Narrow and very limited space for serving food and scattered sitting doesn't match the hotel class. Fortunately, they offer room only too and we will go for that option in future.
