I booked the room for one night to get a couple of hours of sleep. When I got back at night, the key was not working. I went from Tower 8 to 5 to get another one only to find that it's not working either. The maintenance guy came and couldn't open it and had to wait for another one to try because the batteries in the lock were so rusty (showing that it definitely needs maintenance). Then, after 45 minutes, they had to take out part of the door frame (in front of other hotel guests) to open the door manually.
They even tried to convince me that it's safe to sleep the night in this room regardless that this could definitely happen again and that at least 4 passing people knew how to open the already partly broken door without the key.
When I insisted on changing the room, they provided me with another one without even apologising for me going through this for an hour, and the receptionist even acted as if doing me a favour.
